Types of Online Classes We Offer

Who We Play For’s “Agents for Change” is an idea started by Marianne Hendrix and Connie Denney, two incredibly inspiring and powerful people to have fighting against sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). The purpose of this group is to bring together the different perspectives and faces of SCA in a united effort to advance the national standard of care and save a generation of kids.

  • SCA 101 - Hear stories about SCA and the impact it can have. Learn more about how we can prevent SCA. See how you can have an impact on your community.

  • The basics of heart health, prevention, and response. How healthy habits can help prevent cardiac issues in the future and what preventative measures you can take now to help fight off your chances of having an incident in the future.

Types of Organizations We’ve Worked With

The Fastest Way to Help

  • The WWPF staff can host an online or in person presentation for your student body, faculty, or staff to make sure all are aware of the risks, prevention, and response in relation to SCA.

  • Churches are a great spot to reach many people throughout the community with the life-saving prevention and resources to fight SCA and respond if an incident occurs.

  • Your local gym and athletic clubs are at-risk location for an event of SCA. Our staff can share tips and resources for how to respond quickly and make sure proper prevention is in place.

  • Highlight the health of your staff by providing an opportunity for all to be trained with life-saving methods and resources to fight SCA.

  • Sharing the resources and knowledge the WWPF staff has with your athletic department can help a quick response if a SCA event happens on your campus.

By hosting an event for your organization, the WWPF team will be able to provide research, resources, and life-saving techniques to your community to help prevent SCA.

Let’s Create An Event Together

By partnering with us to offer an event in your community, you will be an advocate for life-saving information. Our staff loves sharing our stories, research, and preventative efforts to help spread the word on how to stop SCA deaths from occurring.
