Florida Volunteer Checklist

6 Guiding Principles of WWPF:

  1. To honor who we play for

WWPF’s team honors the youth who never had a chance and fights for the youth who need a chance in the future.

  2. Loyalty to the cause

Providing the opportunity for youth to have access to affordable heart screenings comes first. No matter the demographics, location, or any other parameters.

  3. To provide the best quality ECGs and interpretations

Having highly trained staff and volunteers is critical to maintaining a high quality service supported by the leading Pediatric Cardiologists and Cardiologists in the country as the WWPF Medical Advisory Team.

  4. To never deny a child an ECG due to cost

Every child deserves an ECG and in the future it could afford them.

  5. Treat everyone with respect and class

Every person deserves respect. Participants, families, co-workers, team members all are working toward the same goal.

  6. Complete transparency

There is nothing hidden from families or participants about the heart screening process or how WWPF operates.
