Package will be shipped out via FedEx and return shipping through UPS. (Shipping will come from QT Medical).

Cancellation window: 2 hours from the time order is placed. For cancellation, please contact
Customer Service. Refunds will be processed 3-4 business days after cancellation, 4% processing fee will apply.
In the case where we are unable to reach the patients to confirm the order, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded after 72 hours.
