Please note, you will need to purchase one ECG pad for every participant you plan to screen.

Shipping Information

Package will be shipped out via FedEx and return shipping through UPS. (Shipping will come from QT Medical).

  • We will ship out the order on the next business day upon confirmation.

  • Cancellation window: 2 hours from the time order is placed. For cancellation, please contact

  • Customer Service.  Refunds will be processed 3-4 business days after cancellation, 4% processing fee will apply. 

  • In the case where we are unable to reach the patients to confirm the order, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded after 72 hours.
